Senior Executive

Key Accountabilities
• Support the Commercial team’s pursuit and development of growth opportunities in international business.
• Contribute towards understanding and optimizing key value drivers of business and financial performance, including strong collaboration with internal stakeholders to drive value creation and excellence.
• Provide support in addressing commercial challenges of projects, e.g. performing commercial analysis, contributing towards solution finding, implementing strategies and decisions.
• Manage and review key project documentation, including contracts, agreements, records. Work cross-functionally with other internal team members (e.g. Project, Legal) to compile, review, draft, propose and/or execute revisions to new contracts or commercial documents.
• Ensure organization’s compliance with contractual obligations and all relevant governance and regulatory requirements.
• Support project team to navigate relevant internal processes and to secure management’s mandates / approvals.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate meetings. Ensure effective team communication and stakeholder management (internal and external parties).
• Support the preparation, development and submission of periodic updates and reporting to the management.
• Represent Company in external meetings and conferences, including participation in working groups, where necessary.
• Participate actively Commercial Excellence and corporate initiatives.

Qualification & Work Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics/Business, Engineering or Law is preferred, with a minimum of 8 – 10 years of relevant working experience. Other relevant degrees will be considered.
