1. Software Engineer / Developer – Grade F9/F10

Tarikh tutup permohonan sehingga 20 Disember 2024.
Lokasi penempatan : Penang Hill, Pulau Pinang.
Sektor : Badan Berkanun

WORK DESCRIPTION:

• Design and implement data analysis, machine learning, and artificial intelligence algorithms;
• Develop and maintain prototype systems for data analysis, visualization, and predictive analytics;
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify areas of opportunity for AI solution and Data science initiatives;
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, test, and delivery;
• Maintain and support in-house developed software and applications;
• Support and maintain ticketing system to ensure smooth operation;
• Adhere to project timelines and proactively communicate task milestones;
• Provide technical support on Ad Hoc request during weekends and Public Holidays if required; and
• Any other task or project assigned by the Division Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• Malaysian Citizen;
• Candidate must possess Masters or Bachelor Degree in Computer science, Data science, Computer engineering, Information technology, or similar field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development and implementing software applications;
• Experience developing software utilizing various coding languages including Python Java, C++, PHP and more;
• Experience developing secure software systems based upon industry specifications;
• Work experience in MS Power Platform, SQL / NoSQL database designs;
• Proficiency in deep learning techniques, including model training, retraining, and quantization;
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks eg: TensorFlow;
• Know how to extract data by writing script coding and IoT installation;
• Experience with AI model development in the context of image detection, identification, and tracking will be added advantages;
• Knowledge in Cloud Services such as AWS or Google Cloud is an advantage;
• Strong problem-solving skills, self-starter and coach others in a collaborative environment;
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, Bahasa Malaysia (other language will be ideal);
• Positive attitude as well as the ability to learn quickly, able to work both in teams and independently;
