Job Responsibilities
Administrative:
- Monitor the number of office supplies available in the office as well as order replacement supplies as necessary
- Ensure each document received is properly processed and filed
- Ensure adherence to relevant company procedures and policies
- Supervise cleaning workers and office space cleanliness for a safe and healthy working environment
- Arrange the application for external seminars/conferences for HOD/ Officers by forwarding the application to MyRA for registration and the payment process
- Monitor and manage all office equipment to ensure they are in good order
- Perform accounting tasks including purchase order, invoicing, and budget tracking
- Handle all related bills for payment
- Manage and monitor petty cash transactions.
- Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
- Handle phone calls and all related correspondence
- Maintain HOD’s diaries and arrange appointments
- Arrange meeting by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking a room and planning for refreshments
- Acting as a liaison between the customer and the department. This involves handling customer complaints, redirect customer to the appropriate unit or officer, scheduling meetings with customers and recording customer queries
- Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing documents
- Make travel arrangements for the Head of Department and Senior Managers
- Manages the reception area and looks after visitors.
- Ensure benefits documentation is complete and complies with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Support the coordination of employee wellness activities, health screenings, and engagement campaigns
- Support the administration of employee benefits such as insurance, leave, and claims
- Maintain accurate and confidential records
- Execute ad-hoc and special assignments as and when required by the Head of Department and the Management.
Spesifi Tugas
- Mengendali jentera penyenggaraan Sistem Elektrifikasi yang berteknologi tinggi dengan cekap dan mengutamakan keselamatan
- Membuat pemeriksaan harian, mingguan dan berjadual bagi kelancaran kerja dan jentera
- Membuat pembaikan (repair) dan membantu kerja-kerja pemulihan
- Mengemaskinikan rekod/laporan harian, buku log, alat kelengkapan, alat ganti, penggunaan minyak dan bahan-bahan untuk keperluan jentera
- Sedia pada bila-bila masa diarahkan bertugas terutama kerja-kerja kecemasan bagi mengelakkan gangguan operasi tren
- Lulus ujian kecekapan memandu yang diadakan setiap dua (2) tahun oleh pihak Operasi/ MyRA
- Calon-calon yang berjaya akan dikehendaki menjalani latihan selama 10 minggu sebelum dilantik secara tetap. Calon-calon mestilah bersedia untuk bertugas malam dan di mana-mana lokasi mengikut keperluan pentadbiran serta bersedia untuk ditukarkan.

- Minimum pengalaman 4 tahun dalam kerja landasan; ATA
- Mempunyai Sijil Kemahiran Tahap 2 atau yang setaraf di dalam bidang Kejuteraan Mekanikal/ Automotif/ Mekatronik/Elektronik/Elektrikal
- Diperakukan oleh ketua jabatan dan laporan Penilaian Prestasi Tahunan (PMS) sekurang – kurangnya gred C dalam tempoh 3 tahun ke belakang
- Bebas daripada sebarang tindakan tatatertib dalam tempoh 3 tahun ke belakang
- Mempunyai penglihatan biasa tanpa kacamata dengan ketetapan V6/6 bagi kedua-dua belah mata dan tidak buta warna serta mempunyai tahap kesihatan yang baik
- Memiliki lesen memandu kelas D.
- Berusia 18 tahun dan ke atas tetapi tidak melebihi daripada 30 tahun pada tarikh iklan ditutup;
- Sijil Kemahiran Tahap 2 atau yang setaraf di dalam bidang Kejuteraan Mekanikal / Mekatronik / Elektrikal / Elektronik dari mana-mana institusi yang diiktiraf;
- Mempunyai penglihatan biasa tanpa kacamata dengan ketetapan V6/6 bagi kedua-dua belah mata, tidak buta warna serta mempunyai tahap kesihatan yang baik;
- Memiliki lesen memandu kelas D.
Job Responsibilities
- Boost App Users & Activity: Develop and run engaging loyalty programs and campaigns to significantly increase app downloads, sign ups, and active users.
- Grow In-App Purchases: Create and implement strategies to encourage users to make ticket purchases and other transactions within the KTMB Super App (KITS Style).
- Drive KITS Style Prepaid Mastercard membership for Non Fare Revenue: Develop and execute marketing efforts and incentives to get more users to adopt and actively use the KITS Style Prepaid Mastercard, focusing on how it can be used for everyday spending and exclusive partner deals to generate non fare revenue.
- Find & Connect with Potential Partners: Proactively identify and build relationships with relevant partners and vendors (like travel sites, banks, and other apps) to integrate their services as mini programs within the KITS Style and encourage the use of the KITS Style prepaid card for non fare revenue.
- Support Partnership Onboarding: Assist in the negotiation and manage the process of bringing new partners onto the app, ensuring their services integrate smoothly and contribute to non fare revenue through the KITS Style app.
- Track & Report Performance: Monitor and analyze key metrics like app downloads, transactions, in-app purchases, KITS Style card adoption, and the non fare revenue generated. Create regular reports and offer insights to improve our strategies for user growth and revenue.
- Work with Internal & External Teams: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Business Unit, Technology, Finance teams, and external partners to ensure our loyalty and partnership plans are aligned and executed effectively, with a focus on increasing non fare revenue through the KITS Style.
- Stay Updated on Market Trends: Keep an eye on industry best practices, what competitors are doing, and new trends in loyalty programs, mobile apps, and partnerships, specifically looking at how prepaid cards and partner integrations drive non fare revenue in similar platforms
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field or;
- At least 1 – 2 years of experience in digital marketing, product management, or partnership development;
- Strong understanding of mobile app ecosystems, user engagement strategies, and loyalty program mechanics;
- For internal candidates, must have at least three (3) years of working experience as Senior Clerk (grade 09);
- Must be permanent and confirmed staff with average PMS grade C for the past 3 years and no disciplinary record within three (3) years;
- Mature, resourceful and able to work independently with minimum supervision;
- Has good drafting and correspondence skills for Company inter-departmental communication;
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with staff at all levels;
- Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
